Riverside Builders is a Residential General Contractor based in Nashville, TN. We specialize in medium size projects including Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs), additions, and renovations.

Riverside Builders is owned and operated by Nick Powell. A 10 year, Coast Guard Veteran and Mechanical Engineer, Nick has a passion for building lasting projects through attention to detail and teamwork. Nick moved to Nashville in 2018 with his Wife and has been in the construction industry since. Nick worked for a large commercial general contractor building Mixed Use Apartment complexes, Assisted Living Facilities, and State renovation projects.
In 2024, he formed Riverside Builders and since then has focused on residential construction including full-gut remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, and home improvements.
